2025年、中国の名門大学である清華大学（北京）に入学した学生が最初に出会った「担当者」には、人間ではないものも含まれていた。同大学の入学許可書には人工知能（AI）エージェントの招待コードが記されていて、学生が履修科目、部活動やサークル活動、キャンパス生活について質問すると、ボットが回答するようになっているのだ。
