HR Operation Specialist

Handle HR operation duties such as payroll and social security, communicate with employees, maintain and report HR related information to internal and external parties as required, for the purpose of ensuring employees are properly paid and covered by social insurances, being compliant, and supporting managerial decision making.

Handle payroll and related operations while liaising with the payroll vender, implement salary payment, in order to ensure salary is correctly paid to employees without any delay.

Handle statutory social security operations while liaising with external social security consultant, in order to ensure employees and their families are properly covered by social insurances, and ensure social security related compliance.

Monitor / guide attendance and leaves are properly recorded, and collect monthly working hour records in time, in order to utilize the records for well-being and compliance purposes and to calculate salary accurately in a timely manner.

Handle payroll and social insurance related inquiries, explain employee obligations about taxes and social securities and collect necessary information in order to ensure employees’ sense of security, proper operations of payroll and social security and compliance.

Develop, maintain and communicate / report HR related data such as headcount, payroll, taxes and others to internal and external counterparts, in order to ensure compliance and to assist Finance, Global HR and other senior management to use the data for their reporting and decision making.

Collect, organize and maintain necessary HR related personal and organizational records in softcopy and/or hardcopy forms in order to keep the information readily available and ensure compliance.

Other responsibilities and duties such as introducing HR application or changing HR systems, may be assigned depending on circumstance within the HR team and organization

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Practical experience (2 -5 years) in HR operations (payroll, social security, etc.)
  • Experience in HR applications (Oracle, SAP, Workday) a plus
  • Very good oral / written English skills
  • Very good analytical / numerical skills
  • Good commend of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
