Supplements部分含有来自Nature Insights和Nature Outlook的内容。它们是作为Nature杂志的附录出版的。
Nature Insights 属增刊性质，随Nature杂志每年出版7-8次。每期Nature Insights对科学领域某一重要的现代主题的很多方面进行解释，并由该领域的某一权威人士来编辑。Nature Insights不只是一个增刊——它每期都提供关于某一特定领域的全面信息，篇幅超过40页。
