How do I register on the website?

When registering you must enter a valid email address as your username and then a password will be sent you. Both your email address and password are required to login. If you would like to register please go to the registration page.

Note: If you have already registered but have forgotten your password you can generate a new password at the reset password page.

What are the benefits of registering on the NPG Asia Materials website?

Registering an account on the NPG Asia Materials website is free. As a registered user, you will receive an email alert when new content has been published. In addition registered users can access and download PDF's of review articles. If you would like to register please go to the registration page.

Deleting your account

How can I delete my registration to the NPG Asia Materials website?

If you would like to be removed from the NPG Asia Materials database, you can delete your account on the my account page. This also means that you will no longer receive email alerts. Please be aware that if you would like to receive email alerts again, then you will have to register once again.

Forgotten password

I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?

If you have forgotten your password you can ask for a new one on the reset password page. Please note that you must enter your email address that is registered with our website. A password will then be sent to that email address. You must then log in using that email address and new password.

How can I change my account details?

Once an account has been created there are still options available to modify the account. If you would like to change details of your account – such as email address or email alert preferences – please go to the my account page and log in with your registered login details.

Unable to register

When I attempt to register on the website I receive an error message. What can I do?

First, please ensure that your web browser has Javascript enabled and will accept cookies from the NPG Asia Materials website.

If an error occurs during your registration this will usually be a temporary error with the server. Close the browser window, open a new one and try again. If the error persists, it might be that there is a technical glitch which will usually resolve itself and you should try again later. However, if you continue to receive error messages when trying to register please contact us by sending an email to feedback@asia-materials.com. When describing the error, please provide as much information as possible about your computer’s configuration (Operating System and Browser) and the circumstances surrounding the error.

During initial registration on the NPG Asia Materials website you were asked to choose which format you would prefer to receive email alerts in. These preferences can be changed at any time by logging in and clicking on the my account link.

How do I save items?

Browsers allow files to be saved easily, and the NPG Asia Materials website provides ways to save personally selected information. To print a hard copy of an article, just open the file in your browser or word processor.
